After Multiple Repairs, Samsung Smart Phones Turns Off, Won't Start
Feeling so down, the phone and smartwatch I bought giving me the worst kind of trouble. They're just not doing it for me. the new phone was a total dud. It's been sent back to the service center six times in just one year. The funny thing is that they didn't find any problems with the phone when they checked it out. Every time I get my phone back from the shop, it just dies after a week of using it. We haven't gotten any love or help from the so-called experts or Samsung. Even though we asked for a replacement or refund, they haven't done anything about it. Oh, I even complained to CIMER (the Presidential Communication Center). Yeah, the smartwatch was a total letdown. No help or attention whatsoever. I'm never buying anything from Teknosa stores again.
