Samsung A26 - Unresolved Software Fault After Multiple Repairs
I just got a brand-new Samsung A26 phone, thinking it would be a good decision after not using the brand for a long time, but it's only made me more stressed. I thought it was just poor luck that the device had a software fault right away, but despite sending it in for service twice, the same problem kept coming back. I wrote down the problems meticulously and even saved movies on my phone before submitting it, but each time it was just reset and sent back without being fixed. I asked to return or swap the item, but they said no, and I didn't get any genuine help. Neither the service team nor customer service got in touch with me to discuss or update me on the problem. I feel let down by the brand now and will have to send it back. If nothing changes, I will take it to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to get my money back.
