I Get Loud Noise from My 1-Year Samsung Dryer

I’ve had my Samsung dryer for just one year, and it’s still under warranty, yet it has already started making an incredibly loud and disturbing noise during operation. Naturally, I contacted Samsung’s customer service to report the issue. But to my surprise, they immediately demanded a ₺750 service fee—before even checking the machine.
They also said the cost could increase depending on the repair. How is it fair or professional to charge customers in advance for a machine that’s clearly within its warranty period? It’s unacceptable for a brand like Samsung to treat its customers like this, especially without even inspecting the product first.
I expected support and accountability, not hidden charges and indifference. If this is how Samsung handles legitimate warranty claims, it’s the last time I’ll ever buy or recommend any of their products. You’re not just losing my trust—you’re losing future customers, too.
