Failed Installation Request for Samsung Refrigerator
On Sunday, I submitted an installation request for my Samsung refrigerator. When I called the next day, they informed me that Monday was busy and they would only reach the districts on Tuesday. Emphasizing the urgency for Monday, as it was a refrigerator, I received no response. They assured me they would come on Wednesday. Today, on Wednesday, they didn't bother to call or inform me about anything. When I called, they claimed to be busy and rescheduled for another day. I explained the situation to customer service, who promised to get back to me during the day. However, they didn't even fulfill that promise. I want to address anyone considering buying a Samsung product: if you can tolerate such indifference, go ahead and make the purchase (!).
