1-Year Free Ssport Plus With Samsung Q70BA 55-inch TV Not Granted
I bought this Samsung Q70BA 55-inch TV, right? And it was supposed to come with a free 1-year ssport Plus membership. But guess what? The promo code didn't show up in the TV's app. Ugh, so bothersome! I reached out to Samsung for help, and they said they'll fix it in 24 hours and send a promo code by text. So, it's been exactly 4 days now, and even after reaching out to the service two more times, I still haven't gotten the promo code. So, I've already missed three European matches. It's kinda not clever, how hard it is to send a promo code through a text message. If Samsung's selling the TV with a free 1-year Ssport Plus membership, they better make sure they actually follow through and make it easy to redeem. as a customer, I just want this issue sorted out. Samsung, please get on it pronto!
