Samsung Neo QLED 8K TV Was Sold With False Promotional Extras

Teknosa sold me a Samsung TV with a gift of an S Sport membership. One hour ago, on April 16th, Sunday, I bought a Samsung Neo QLED 8K TV from the Trabzon Teknosa store. On April 25th, the Samsung service installed it. When I purchased the TV, they said there was a coffee machine and a one-year S Sport Plus TV gift, and the service would provide the gift. The service technician who installed it also said that I would receive a link for the coffee machine, and I would have to log in to the S Sport channel online. When I tried to log in to the S Sport channel, it asked me to pay a membership fee. I called Teknosa, and they told me to contact Samsung. I contacted Samsung, and they told me to get a code from the Samsung promotion application and use it to log in to the S Sport channel. However, there is no available promotional offer on the Samsung promotion application. Samsung customer service says that the S Sport membership may be out of stock and that the solution center will contact me. Teknosa is not interested after the sale. Even today, the S Sport advertisement is still on sale. If the stock is finished, they should have removed the advertisement. I bought it to watch matches. We missed the big derby. At least let's not miss the rest. Now, I feel like I've been cheated. Let's see if the coffee machine (worth 20,000 TL from the Longhi brand) will come. We pay the money upfront, and we are waiting. Teknosa says it's up to the service, and the service says it's up to the system. Both companies need to make a decision and solve the problem. How can we trust them?
