For the past day, I’ve been experiencing a crackling noise only in the videos I record with my Samsung Galaxy S24’s camera. I do not hear this issue when watching videos on YouTube, Instagram, or other platforms—the problem occurs exclusively in videos recorded using my phone’s camera. I haven’t tried any troubleshooting steps yet, and I also haven’t contacted Samsung customer service.
My device is under warranty, and I purchased it through Hepsiburada. My invoice/order number is 7232693536. I request that this issue be resolved or that my device be replaced.
