Galaxy S24 Plus Gets Too Hot While Gaming – Battery Drains Quickly

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus about six months ago from Hepsiburada. Since I started using the device, I’ve been experiencing severe overheating and rapid battery drain, especially while playing games or browsing the internet. These issues have been happening continuously for the past few months. Although the phone is still under warranty, I haven’t yet contacted the technical service center.

It’s hard to understand how a new device can develop such problems in such a short time. I’d like to know why this is happening and request technical support to have my phone inspected and properly repaired.
