Galaxy S24 Plus Front Camera Looks AI-Processed and Blurry

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus from Hepsiburada, and since the day I bought it, I’ve been experiencing issues with the front camera. Especially in low-light conditions, photos show noticeable distortions and appear unnaturally processed, almost as if they were generated by AI rather than captured naturally. Additionally, close-up photos show small dotted marks across the image.

I’ve tried adjusting the camera settings several times, but nothing has improved. My device is still under warranty for another year and a half, and I haven’t yet contacted Samsung customer service or any authorized service center. These issues occur mainly in specific lighting conditions and during close-up shots.

I purchased the device through Hepsiburada (Order No: 455 792 144 1) and paid ₺38,698. I expect Samsung to either repair the device, provide technical support, or, if necessary, replace it. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
