Samsung S24 FE Touchscreen Not Responding
I purchased my Samsung S24 FE smartphone from Evkur, and even though the device is only three weeks old, I’ve been experiencing serious touchscreen problems, especially in apps like YouTube, WhatsApp, and TikTok. I first noticed the issue on the second day after purchase, and it has continued to occur intermittently ever since. I tried resetting the phone to factory settings, but the problem persists.
My phone is under warranty, and I have the invoice (Invoice No: 07320225000058*). Since this issue started so early and affects multiple apps, I am requesting a replacement device to resolve the problem permanently.
