I Face Severe Battery Drain on Samsung S24 Smartphone

About two months ago, I purchased a Samsung S24 smartphone through Epttavm. From the very beginning, the phone has suffered from a serious battery issue. The situation has worsened in the last 3–4 days: even with regular daily use, the battery lasts less than 6 hours before completely draining.
This performance is far below what Samsung promises in its marketing and technical specifications. A premium model like the S24 should easily last a full day of use, but my experience has been the opposite. The device clearly does not meet the advertised battery performance.
My phone is still under warranty, and I have the invoice as proof of purchase. Until now, I have not contacted Samsung customer service or any authorized service center, but I can no longer tolerate such a fundamental flaw in a new phone.
I am requesting that Samsung provide a permanent solution to this issue. Ideally, I want the company to approve a product replacement since the problem has existed since purchase and has worsened rapidly over time. If not, I expect a full resolution through repair or another remedy that restores the phone to its promised battery performance.
