I Face Battery Swelling and Rapid Drain on Samsung S22 After Software Update

After installing the latest software update on my Samsung S22, I noticed within 4–5 days that the battery started draining extremely fast. Shortly after, the battery began to swell, and now the device has become completely unusable. At this point, I cannot use the phone at all.

Although my device is no longer under warranty, I have not yet contacted Samsung customer service or any authorized repair center. The phone was given to me as a gift, so I also don’t know the original place of purchase. Since the problem appeared immediately after the software update, I strongly believe this is a manufacturer-related issue and not due to any misuse. I have not made any attempts to tamper with or repair the device myself.

I expect Samsung to take responsibility and either provide a free repair or a replacement device to resolve this serious problem. I kindly request urgent support to fix this matter.
