Galaxy A52s Heat Problem Causing Back Cover to Separate

I have been using my Samsung Galaxy A52s for about three years. In the summer of 2024, due to the heat, the back cover of the device started to lift. If I don’t use a phone case, the cover is almost ready to come off completely. There is no battery swelling. The issue first appeared during hot weather, and later I noticed that the back cover also starts to lift whenever the phone heats up while charging. Because of this, I’ve had to keep the phone in a case at all times.

I haven’t taken the device to an authorized service center yet, but based on my research, this seems to be a common issue with this model. I am also not sure whether my device is still under warranty.

Since this appears to be a recurring manufacturing issue, I am requesting a one-time free repair or part replacement from Samsung.
