Samsonite Purchase Issue: No Refund Received for Returned Bag

I bought a bag and a suitcase from the official Samsonite website. After following their instructions on how to return it, I kept the suitcase and promptly sent the bag back. The courier acknowledges that they have received it, but there has been no notification or refund provided. I've been trying to get in touch with someone at the call centre, but it seems like they never pick up or just abruptly end the call. I also sent an email to their website, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response.
