On October 24, 2025, I placed an order for a Samsonite backpack (Order No: 130607080911114) through the official Samsonite website at around 11:00 a.m. Just three minutes after placing the order, I requested a cancellation because I wanted to make the payment with a different card. I received an email confirming that my “cancellation request has been received.”
However, despite my timely request and the fact that the product was never shipped, the cancellation was not processed within business hours that same day. On October 28, 2025, I was instead sent an e-invoice for the order.
Several days have now passed, yet neither the refund has been processed nor has any solution been offered regarding my order. Although I have contacted Samsonite customer service, I have still received no resolution.
I paid approximately $190 using my Ziraat Bank credit card, and I do not want to pay installments for an item I never received.
I request that my order be fully canceled and that the payment be refunded to my card as soon as possible. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved within this month.
