Salomon X Ultra Snowpilot Boots Leak Water—No Warranty Support

I purchased the Salomon X Ultra Snowpilot waterproof boots in black, but the pair I received was a grayish-blue shade. I let the color issue go and started wearing them, expecting their waterproof feature to hold up against harsh winter conditions. It didn’t. The moment I stepped in snow or rain, the boots absorbed water immediately! Even before that, they made my feet sweat excessively, which I thought was just due to warmth. But in reality, the moisture froze my feet, causing me to get sick multiple times.
I contacted Salomon customer service for a warranty inspection, and after a 20-day wait, I got a response claiming “no defects found.” So am I lying? I even told them to wear the boots themselves and see how much water they absorb—no response. I firmly believe Salomon Turkey is selling fake or defective products, because real Salomon boots are known for their durability and performance. The company is clearly avoiding responsibility and refusing to stand behind their warranty.
I have already filed a consumer complaint and will take legal action to get my money back. I urge everyone facing similar issues to file complaints and demand their rights. Paying the equivalent of a month’s rent for defective boots and receiving no customer support is unacceptable. I will not let this go and will escalate this to Salomon’s headquarters in France. If anyone knows how to contact them directly, please share!
The product was returned, an inspection was conducted, and they responded that no manufacturing defect was found, which means that it's normal for your waterproof boots to absorb water, and you should wear them in summer, not in winter, right? Did I misunderstand? We're not idiots, are we? It's not a manufacturing issue but a usage error, right? Boots shouldn't be worn in rain or snow, right? I will sue you, I will pursue my rights to the end and I will get them. Do not choose the Salomon brand; products that are supposedly made in France are being sold with a Vietnam origin, which indicates they are fake replica products.
