Salomon Shoes Torn in 3 Months – No Warranty Coverage

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes, expecting durability and quality for the ₺7000 price tag. However, just 3-4 months after purchase, the heel area started tearing apart. Since the shoes were still under warranty, I sent them in for inspection, only to receive a rejection—they refused to cover the issue!

If you're going to charge ₺7000 for shoes made with cheap fabric, at least stand behind your product. Other brands replace defective shoes without hesitation, yet Salomon hides behind excuses. This is outright misleading customers. I have filed complaints with the necessary authorities. Avoid wasting your money—don’t fall for the so-called "premium quality" marketing!
