Salomon Shoes Developed Toe Collapse in 2 Months and My Warranty Claim Was Rejected
I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes expecting high quality and durability, but within just 2 months, a visible collapse occurred in the toe area—right where the big toe sits. I immediately sent the shoes in for a warranty evaluation, fully expecting a replacement or repair. Instead, after waiting another 2 months, the shoes were returned to me with a rejection and no explanation that made sense.
As someone who trusted the Salomon brand for its reputation in performance footwear, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I no longer have confidence in the brand or its customer service. Due to the poor handling of this issue and the refusal to stand behind your product, I’ve decided I will not purchase Salomon products again. I request a reconsideration of my warranty claim and proper resolution.
