I Face Account Closure And Unpaid Winnings On Sahabet After 12,000₺ Bet

On 03 July 2025 at 03:05, I deposited 12,000₺ into my Sahabet account without claiming any rollover bonus. I placed my entire balance on the Dortmund vs. Monterrey match, betting on over 2.5 goals, and won a total of 23,760₺. When I submitted a withdrawal request in the morning, my account was suddenly closed without explanation.

When I contacted customer service, they gave vague and dismissive answers, using generic phrases that could apply to anyone's situation. Despite providing full screenshots as evidence, they still did not offer a valid explanation or resolve the matter.
