Ryanair Staff's Rudeness and Disrespect on Our Venice to Vienna Flight
During our flight from Venice Marco Polo to Vienna on July 31, 2024, my husband and I were taken aback by the behavior of the Ryanair staff. When we inquired about which compartment to board through, two female staff members responded in a less than friendly manner, saying, "Go find us, not like that." That's not our concern. We felt a deep sense of disrespect and humiliation. This experience had a profound impact on my husband and me, and it has made us decide to never fly with Ryanair in the future.
