Ryanair Failed to Communicate During Major Flight Delay
I was scheduled to fly with my daughter on a Ryanair flight from Dalaman Airport at 13:55. However, the flight has been repeatedly delayed for long periods, first by one hour, then again, and now it has reached around three hours of delay. During this entire time, we have not been given any clear explanation or proper information about whether the flight will actually take off, and we have been left in complete uncertainty at the airport. Because of these delays and the lack of information, all my plans have been ruined. I had arranged several appointments and made various reservations for after landing, and I had paid deposits for many of them. Due to this delay, I missed my appointments, and all the deposits I paid for those reservations have effectively been lost. I do not accept having to experience such a situation with no proper communication or support. I am requesting financial compensation from Ryanair for the losses I have suffered, including the deposits I have paid and the reservations I can no longer use, as the long and repeated delay and lack of clear information have directly caused me to incur these costs.
