Ryanair Charged Extra for My Luggage Despite Baggage Allowance and Ignored My Complaint

I had a terrible experience flying with Ryanair, and my issue still remains unresolved. Even though my ticket clearly included a baggage allowance, the staff refused to accept my suitcase at the airport unless I paid an additional fee on the spot. Feeling forced, I had no choice but to pay extra despite already being entitled to baggage under my ticket. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Ryanair customer service to have this unfair charge corrected, but I either receive no response or generic answers that do not resolve the problem. For several days now, I have been unable to reach anyone for real support, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I demand that Ryanair refund the unjust extra fee and finally provide a clear resolution to my complaint.

Ryanair caused us serious frustration when, despite arriving at the gate 20 minutes before departure, we were denied boarding. We were not the only ones—at least three other families faced the same issue and were left stranded. To make matters worse, the aircraft actually left the stand earlier than...
