I bought the Russell Hobbs 21670-70 Ribbon Kettle, but found rust inside because of limescale, supposedly. Can a device that runs on water avoid getting limescale buildup? Also, there is rust in the part that is not covered in limescale. I've been dealing with this problem for a while, and it's not included in the warranty, but they won't admit it. The product came without its red paint, and it looks like it's from a cheap brand. I've never had this issue even with low-quality kettles.
