Russell Hobbs Kettle Leaks Water into Temperature Gauge, Warranty Denied Despite Proof

I purchased a Russell Hobbs kettle, expecting a reliable product, but after a while, water started leaking into the temperature gauge. The water inside became murky and clearly unsanitary. I paid extra for this brand, thinking they'd stand behind their product, so I sent it in for warranty repair. However, I couldn’t reach anyone from customer service or the repair center for weeks. Eventually, I was told the repair would be charged because they claimed I didn't provide the receipt—though I have video proof that I included it. After sending the receipt again via WhatsApp, they said the issue was due to user error because of limescale buildup! That’s a normal occurrence for any kettle! It's been nearly 70 days since I sent my kettle in, and despite reaching out multiple times, they’ve done nothing to resolve the issue. Even when I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, they offered to send a different product only if I withdrew my complaint. I refused. I'm still waiting for a proper resolution. Russell Hobbs, this is unacceptable!
Stay away from this brand. I call once a week, and each time they say they are sending it, but they are still stalling. There is no one to talk to. There is only a customer service set up to stall. It's been months, and for now, I'm not giving up. Let's see.
