When I tried reaching out to speak with a service manager, I was told it wasn’t possible. This level of service is unacceptable. I paid for a quality product and expect a replacement that meets the brand’s standards. I urge Russell Hobbs to resolve this issue immediately by providing a new and undamaged product as promised.
