Royal Match Unfairly Restricted My Device and Ignored My Support Requests
I received an unfair device restriction on Royal Match after reacting to a player who made inappropriate comments and offensive proposals in our team chat. Instead of addressing the behavior of the offending player, I was punished, even though I was only defending myself and maintaining the integrity of the team environment.
After the restriction, I repeatedly contacted support, explaining the situation clearly. However, they disabled my ability to send new messages and completely stopped responding to me. I have been left without any way to appeal or resolve this injustice.
I respectfully request that Royal Match immediately lift the unfair device ban and properly review the incident. Players who stand up against inappropriate behavior should not be penalized — they should be supported!
A collective reaction was given by my teammates to someone who joined the team and spoke rudely, but only I received a device ban. I have tried to contact you multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. My device ban has been ongoing for months, while many of my friends' bans have been lifted as a one-time exception. I kindly ask you to also lift my device ban as a one-time exception.
