On 27/08/2025 at around 17:00, I purchased the Orman Hazinesi package in the Royal Match game from my Android phone for 229₺. The payment was successfully charged through my mobile line (0552181****), but the purchased package was never credited to my game account. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it is highly frustrating as I expected an immediate delivery after payment.

I contacted the game’s support team by email to report the problem, but so far, I have not received any response. I request that the Orman Hazinesi I paid for be credited to my account without further delay, or alternatively, that the 229₺ be refunded. As a paying player, I expect reliable service and timely support when issues occur. I urge Royal Match to resolve this matter promptly and ensure that players receive the items they purchase without such problems in the future.
