This morning, ₺174.99 was charged to my account for Lords Mobile without my permission. When I logged into the game to check, there was no record of this purchase. I attempted to contact the support team to resolve the issue, but I have yet to receive any response from them.

This unauthorized transaction is unacceptable, and the lack of communication from their support team is extremely frustrating. I demand an immediate refund of the amount charged and a proper explanation of how this happened. Lords Mobile must take responsibility for ensuring secure transactions and respond promptly to user concerns. Please address this matter as soon as possible.
