Royal Match Bug Removed My Gold and Blocked Team Access

I play Royal Match on an Android device, and on October 4, 2025, I experienced a serious issue in the Royal League — my earned gold and rewards disappeared from my account, and my league points dropped into negative numbers. This problem has happened to me before, and I want to emphasize that I have never used cheats or violated any rules. Currently, I am also unable to join any team or group in the game.
