Royal Match Hobby Collection Bug – Missing Final Gold Card and Reward

I play Royal Match on my Android phone under the username Avoş. During the recent Hobby Collection event, I was missing just one last gold card. With five days still remaining in the event, the system suddenly marked my collection as “complete,” and all of my cards disappeared. As a result, I was unable to claim the collection reward, leaving me unfairly disadvantaged.
I have not yet contacted in-game support and I have not made any purchases related to this event. This is the first time I have experienced such a bug, and it has caused clear frustration and loss of progress.
I kindly request that my missing cards and the reward be restored to my account so that my effort and time are not wasted. Please resolve this issue promptly so I can continue enjoying Royal Match without further disappointment.
