I have been playing Royal Match with ID 2NVTF8XF and have always enjoyed the game and actively participated in team chats. However, around 2:00 AM on April 16, 2025, I was suddenly banned from chat after simply typing the word "telegram" — without any invitation, promotion, or solicitation, and purely in the flow of conversation.
I love playing Royal Match and have recommended it to many friends, but this sudden ban feels incredibly unfair. I was an active, positive member of the community and was not warned or given any opportunity to correct the situation.
I respectfully request that my chat ban be lifted immediately. Players who genuinely enjoy and support the game should not be punished for minor, harmless actions. I hope Royal Match will review my case and restore my ability to participate in the community chat.
