Royal Match Muted Me for No Reason While Visiting Teams — Please Lift My Chat Ban

I was simply visiting different teams to chat and socialize in Royal Match when I suddenly received a chat ban without any warning. I didn’t swear, I didn’t advertise anything, and I wasn’t being disruptive. All I did was talk with other players — nothing more.

I’ve put in a lot of effort and time into this game, and this unexpected restriction is extremely frustrating. I use the chat feature to connect with other players and enjoy the community, so losing that ability takes away a big part of the game for me.

Please review my account and remove this unfair chat ban. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to delete the game altogether. I’m asking for your help — don’t punish players who follow the rules.
