Schär Gluten-Free Bread Molds Quickly After Freezing


Because my child is allergic to gluten, buckwheat, eggs, hazelnuts, peanuts, and similar ingredients, we buy Schär bread. Since it’s very expensive in our area, I purchase the breads in bulk from File Market. However, the packaging is very thin, so it seems to let air in, and the bread becomes moldy. This has happened twice now after taking the bread out of the freezer. I also experienced this issue with a product that hadn’t passed its expiration date.
I would appreciate your assistance regarding this problem.
