I have been using Royal Canin Kitten cat food for a long time and have never experienced any issues until now. However, I recently purchased a new package from the Vızvızpet seller on N11 (Order No: 208363757533), with an expiration date of 07/26.
After opening the new package, my cat refused to eat the food. There was no visible spoilage, unpleasant odor, or packaging damage, but I noticed that the food appeared much oilier than usual.
Since I have used the same product before without any problems, this situation made me quite concerned. I am therefore requesting a replacement for the product.
