I Can’t Reach Royal Canin Customer Service Despite Repeated Calls for Days

I’m extremely frustrated with Royal Canin’s customer service. I’ve tried reaching them multiple times over the past three days, using the two mobile phone numbers listed on their official website. No one answers, and I haven’t received a single call back or even an acknowledgment. It’s incredibly disappointing for a brand of this scale and reputation.

All I need is a proper response from someone knowledgeable about their pet food products. I have a question regarding usage and feeding guidelines, and it’s crucial for my pet’s health that I speak with a representative who understands the product well.

Royal Canin, if you truly care about the animals your brand serves, you must improve your support system immediately. Ignoring calls and failing to follow up is unacceptable. I expect someone to contact me as soon as possible and offer the support that loyal customers like me deserve.
