Farmina - N&D Complaint - Damaged Dog Food Delivery and Unresponsive Support
I bought 7 kilograms of dog food from Farmina.com, but unfortunately it arrived in a damaged condition. I've had no luck getting through to customer service; they either abruptly end the call or decline to respond. Why bother working if they won't bother answering? I've been reaching out through various channels, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response yet. This was my final purchase, and I will never make another transaction with them or suggest their services to anyone. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable.
