I purchased Royal Canin Adult cat food three months ago based on my veterinarian’s recommendation, believing it was one of the best options available. I’ve always wanted to provide my cat with the highest-quality nutrition, and considering the price—three to four times more expensive than other brands—I expected premium results.
Unfortunately, the opposite happened. My cat started shedding fur excessively, especially above her eyebrows, where the hair loss became extremely noticeable. At first, I didn’t connect it to the food, but over time it became clear that the problem started after switching to this product.
I’m incredibly disappointed. A brand marketed as "the best" should never compromise a pet’s health. I trusted Royal Canin to support my cat’s well-being, not deteriorate it. I strongly urge the company to investigate this formula and take customer concerns seriously. Pet owners are paying a premium and deserve both transparency and support. I would appreciate a prompt explanation and guidance from Royal Canin about this issue.
