Rowenta Silence Force Extreme Hose Torn – No Replacement Parts Available
I own a Rowenta Silence Force Extreme vacuum cleaner, and the hose tore about three months ago. To obtain a replacement part, I contacted Doru*****, which is the nearest authorized service center to where I live in Bilecik. However, they informed me that spare parts for this model are no longer being produced or stocked.
Although my product is no longer under warranty, I find it unacceptable that there are such difficulties in obtaining spare parts. I also tried to reach Rowenta Customer Service, but I was unable to get through despite several attempts.
I request that the replacement hose necessary for operating my vacuum cleaner be supplied to me as soon as possible.
