Rowenta RO7286EA Vacuum Hose Torn – Unreasonable Replacement Cost from Service
The hose attachment on my Rowenta RO7286EA vacuum tore, and the service center informed me that the entire head unit must be replaced at a cost of 2000 TL. It’s unreasonable to pay such a high fee for a small hose replacement. I was even advised to seek repair from a non-service provider in Ankara/Ulus, which raises questions about Rowenta's service support.
I expect a more customer-friendly approach and a solution that allows for a cost-effective repair within the authorized service network. Rowenta, please address this issue and provide a feasible solution.
