The hose of my Tefal Silence Force Cyclonic vacuum cleaner tore, rendering the machine unusable. I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of this product—it’s far below the standard I expected from Tefal.

I purchased this vacuum based on a recommendation from Teknosa employees, and it has been a frustrating experience. A product from a reputable brand like Tefal should not fail so easily.

I request an immediate solution, whether it’s a replacement part or another remedy, to restore the functionality of my vacuum cleaner. Tefal, please address this issue promptly, as your customers deserve better quality and service.
