Rowenta RH6983TR Cordless Vacuum Fails After Warranty

I purchased the Rowenta RH6983TR cordless vacuum cleaner, and shortly after the warranty expired, it stopped charging and lost suction power. This product seems designed with profit in mind, and I believe many customers have faced similar issues but haven’t reported them.

As a dissatisfied consumer, I am requesting immediate resolution of the battery issue. If the problem is not addressed, I will be pursuing legal action. The number of complaints about this model suggests it may have been a faulty product from the start.
