Rowenta RH6983WO X-Pert Vacuum Loses Charge Quickly and Has Weak Suction

I purchased the Rowenta RH6983WO X-Pert, and it’s been a huge disappointment. The suction power is terrible, and the battery doesn’t fully charge—after just two minutes, it’s completely drained. I primarily use a robot vacuum to clean my entire home, so I bought this Rowenta for quick spot cleaning in one room, but it can’t even handle that. I can’t even vacuum a single room properly with it. To make things worse, the warranty has expired, and I just finished paying off the installments. I’m feeling completely let down by this product. If Rowenta doesn’t resolve this issue, I will pursue legal action. Please address this immediately!
