Disappointed with Rowenta Xpert 3.60 Vacuum - Short Lifespan, Battery Issues

I am not at all satisfied with the Rowenta Xpert 3.60 rechargeable stick vacuum cleaner. I used it little because it was in my robot vacuum cleaner. This vacuum cleaner, which I bought three years ago, lost its suction power at the end of the first year. The vacuum cleaner I have now has expired after its two-year warranty period; the rotating part inside the sweeping apparatus broke down, and for the last 4-5 months, its charge was only enough to vacuum one room. Now, as soon as you start it up, the charge indicator lights go off, and the power runs out; it doesn't have any traction anyway, so it became garbage. If anyone is thinking of buying this product by trusting Rowenta quality, don't be disappointed like me. If I had known that the life of the vacuum cleaner was about one and a half years, I would never have bought it. I wasted my money. I used it efficiently for 6 months, and then there is always a problem. Because of this situation, I am thinking of buying a new vacuum cleaner. I am sharing this complaint to give an idea to those who are considering buying it. Rowenta needs to refund the money to everyone who bought this vacuum cleaner. In the past, when you mentioned vacuum cleaners, Rowenta came to mind. I was very surprised. I wonder what happened? Is this brand sold? Is it produced in China? What is the reason for this poor quality?
