R062 Rowenta Vacuum Motor Has Broken Down

We brought our Rowenta R062 model to get fixed because it wasn't working properly. They told us that they would check the damage and fix the product if we agreed. Then, they gave us a price for the repair, we agreed, and they told us that the product had been fixed and was ready for pickup. But when I brought it home, it still didn't work. They gave us the product in a pre-made bag when it was delivered, and they didn't check if it was working. Today, when we went back and mentioned that it hadn't been fixed, they told us there was another problem with the motor, and we had to pay an extra 1300 TL. Why didn't they accurately identify the problem with this product when they first gave the quote? Over the course of three days, we kept expressing our unhappiness and complaining, but the authorities didn't seem to care. When I asked why they initially told me the repair would cost a certain amount, but now they're bringing up more problems, they just brushed me off by saying they'll give me a refund. They casually ignore our days of waiting, the hassle of carrying the product multiple times, and the expenses we've had to bear. It's clear that they don't care and instead of apologizing for their shortcomings, they respond with casual comments. I'm also going to report my complaints to the appropriate authorities.
