Rowenta Straightener Return Problem

The Rowenta straightener we bought ended up being defective, so I had to send it in to get it fixed under warranty. I waited for months, but instead of getting my device repaired, they sent me a replacement that had lower specifications. They closed the case and didn't tell me anything about the replacement's details. When I try to return the product I don't want or ask for a refund, they say no to both. They have been leaving me stranded for months and insisting on sending a worse product, saying it's an upgrade. Please, I don't want this product. The features of it are not very good. Please either return my old product or give me a refund. Thank you. Prices for everything are going up during this delay, and I'm getting more and more frustrated each day. Please help me as soon as possible.
