Rowenta22V Vertical Vacuum - Battery and Filter Failure

The Rowenta22V vertical vacuum we got for my mother-in-law in 2021 has been a total letdown. Ever since we bought it, the thing has been acting up nonstop, and we've had to keep taking it back to the service center over and over again. The filter has been changed over seven times. After we got it back from being serviced, we reached out to Rowenta's main office to let them know we were not happy and asked for a new one, but they weren't helpful. The warranty that lasted for two years is over, and now they're saying I have to pay ₺1600 to get a new battery. Just think, the vacuum cleaner itself costs 1300 Turkish lira, and the battery is 1600 Turkish lira. Don't even think about buying Rowenta; their customer service is not helpful at all. When I called the main office, they told me that the warranty had expired, and they couldn't help me anymore. However, when we had a problem with a K*** brand oven after three years, they didn't give us a new one right away. Instead, they gave us a refund. Shoutout to companies that do their job well...
