Roborock S7 Pro Ultra Circuits Rot and Stop Working After Only 3 Months

My experience with Hepsiburada has been nothing short of a nightmare. My Roborock S7 Pro Ultra robot vacuum continues to malfunction after only 3-4 months of ownership. They're now asking for 18,000 TL to repair it. I paid 27,000 TL for the robot vacuum, and I can get a new one for 25,000 TL online. This is not only disrespectful but also shameful. The device has been faulty since day one, and despite three repairs, the same issues persist. No customer deserves to go through this ordeal. To make matters worse, they're taking a week to respond, only to offer the same overpriced repair. It is unreasonable to blame 'user error' for a device that has been problematic from the start. This situation will not be tolerated by me. It's incredible that Hepsiburada contacted me a week later with the same outrageous offer. Can a new robot vacuum's circuits corrode in 3-4 months? It makes me doubt Roborock's abilities. How can circuits deteriorate due to malfunctions in just three months? I'd think about Roborock a dozen times before considering it again.
