R.M. Williams Lost My Returned Craftsman Boots and Hasn’t Issued a Refund

Although I bought R.M. Williams Craftsman boots, fitting problems forced me to have them returned. I closely followed their return procedure and have evidence the shipment arrived at their warehouse more than a month ago. Still, I have not gotten my refund. Following several follow-ups, I was informed I should wait for more investigation after their returns partner lost the box. Such a luxury brand should not be mismanaged at this degree. Although R.M. Williams offers excellent goods and services, this encounter has left me annoyed and broke. Standard for a firm with such a high-end reputation should be a smoother, more straightforward return and refund system.
