Seven days ago, I initiated a transfer of €5,500 through Revolut to my own Yapı Kredi Bank account, which is registered in my name. Despite a full week having passed, the funds have still not been credited to my Yapı Kredi account.
The reference number for this transaction is 16292021136. I have contacted both Revolut and the relevant parties regarding this issue, but so far I have received no clear explanation or resolution. Since this is a substantial amount of money, the delay is causing me serious financial inconvenience.
I request that Revolut urgently investigate this transfer and ensure that the €5,500 is immediately credited to my Yapı Kredi account. I also expect a clear and detailed update regarding the status of this transaction.
