Resumaker.ai Charged My Card $9 Without Consent After One-Time CV Service
I purchased a one-time CV creation service through Resumaker.ai and paid the required fee. However, without my permission, my card details were saved in their system. On August 11, 2025, at 23:09, an unauthorized $9 charge was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi credit card, even though I did not use any additional service.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately contacted customer service. Unfortunately, I never received any response or support from them.
This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I feel deceived. I should not be charged again after paying for a single service. I am requesting an immediate refund of the $9 taken without my consent and that my card details be permanently deleted from the system to prevent any further unauthorized charges.
